We were quite busy this year unrolling a number of brand new features and updates.
Nearly every enhancement we make to our product is a direct result of feedback we hear from you, our fabulous customers. We couldn’t do it without you. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us continue to build the best product possible for youth sports organizations.
We’re already working hard on the next phase of big enhancements and exciting new features, but in the meantime, here is a recap of what we delivered in 2015.
Introducing Team Registration – Coach Pay
We rolled out Team Registration – Player Pay in July, which allowed coaches to create their own teams then invite players to join and pay on their own. We also added Team Registration – Coach Pay to make it even easier for coaches to sign up and pay for their teams all at once.
New Website Manager Tool
Our Content Manager has been completely redesigned to make it incredibly easy to create and manage your website pages. You can drag and drop pages to set the page order, create drop-down menus, and more! Just cruise over to the ‘Website’ on your admin control panel at the top of the screen once you’re logged in to your site.
New Theme Colors Now Available
To better serve our growing community of sports clubs and leagues, we’ve added a variety of new colors to our website themes! Our top five most popular themes now come in blue, grey, green, red and three all-new colors; orange, yellow and purple! Log in today to give your website a fresh paint job that better reflects your club’s look. As always, these new options are all available completely free of charge.
Add Custom Email Groups
Our email tool is often the go-to method of communicating important information from our clubs to their members. Earlier this year, we introduced Custom Email Groups which gives our customers more flexibility and saves time. Now, email groups can be created and saved at the admin’s discretion without them being tied to a specific program. This is very helpful for sending out announcements to select groups of parents and coaches without having to add them individually each time.
Copy More Admins on Program Emails
There are often multiple people keeping track of a program and we wanted to help everyone stay on the same page. Admins can now designate additional email addresses that they would like to be copied on program emails. As players receive their registration confirmation or tryout status emails, the additional recipient is copied on the communication.
New Registration Fees & Tools for Admins
As our community of customers continues to grow, we’ve been working hard to provide payment options and features that fit every organization’s needs. With this in mind, we’ve added a number of new options around fees, discounts, and account settings. These should provide an even better order management experience for our Admins regardless of the sport.
New Tools for Parents & Volunteers
Big changes are here for Parents and Volunteers. After a great deal of customer feedback and development, we launched a brand new Parent Dashboard. The Dashboard makes it easier than ever for parents to sign up for programs, pay bills, and keep track of their player’s activities. Families with multiple players in one organization will absolutely love this new approach, especially the master calendar.
