- Weekends: Email Support Only
The additional hours allow us to better serve our customers, wherever they reside across the country. We understand that it’s not always easy for folks with 9-5 work commitments to also dig into their youth sports work during the day.
The new weekday hours and weekend email support will expand your support options and help you get things done on a schedule that works for you.

The Support Playbook helps administrators with detailed information on how best to utilize the features and services within the DICK’S Team Sports HQ platform. We also use this to share mini-updates, new tutorials and other information that will help you run your club or league more efficiently.
News & Notes is our chance to share big announcements across the entire DICK’S Team Sports HQ family. This might include news of a recent acquisition, a major feature announcement or a new national governing body partner.
Our goal is to make sure customers have all the information they need, when they need it to get up and running quickly and continue efficiently. Another important new step in this mission is in-app messaging.
We have begun to use a powerful new tool to help communicate important information to customers and we believe the possibilities are endless.

Our new In-app messaging platform that is now live for all of our customers. If you’ve signed up for Team Sports HQ recently, you’ve already experienced some of the helpful tutorial videos and information directly inside your dashboard.
This tool allows us to message and interact with all our partners from inside the Team Sports HQ platform. Our goal is to deliver timely, helpful information right when you need it in order to keep you up to date and enhance your overall experience. We recently debuted this new communication approach for all Club Admins with the recent January Support Playbook.
We’re very excited to see all the possibilities and like with everything we do, will lean on our amazing partners to help us make the experience even better.
