Online Registration for Upward Sports

Thank you for choosing to register your child for Upward Sports at First United Methodist Church in Bixby, OK.  Our sports league is for boys and girls, PreK through 6th grade for football and Cheer and PreK through 6th grade for basketball and Cheer. Our goal is to provide a first-class sports experience that emphasizes healthy competition, sportsmanship, skills building and fun versus the "win-at-all-costs" mentality found in many children sports leagues.

To Register:

1.  Click the red register button at the top of this page.

2.  Enter the Parent or Guardian's contact information for the child in the New Customer Primary Contact section and click Create New Account.  Remember to write down your ID and password in a secure location if you cannot remember.

  3.  Enter Primary Contact Information on next page and click Next.

4.  On the Add a New Participant page enter the name of your child participating in the league and click Next.

5.  Select the Division (football, basketball, or cheerleading) for your child and press Next.  You may update or add another participant on this page.

6.  Once the Division is selected you will see the item added to your shopping cart.  Click Next to continue.

7.  If you have been approved for a scholarship you will be provided a Coupon Code.  If not, complete the Upward Information section and click Next.  During your child's onsite evaluation you child will be sized for their uniform.

8.  The next page you may volunteer to help (always encouraged).  If you do not want to volunteer click Next.

9.  There are two payment options, credit card (Visa or Master Card) or mail in a check.  Complete the Checkout page and click Submit Order.  You will receive registration confirmation by email.
