CVYSC FALL 2008 REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

YOU MAY REGISTER YOUR PLAYER AND THEY WILL BE PLACED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE WAITING LIST.  PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW. YOU WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT PLACED ON A TEAM. PLEASE CONTACT CVYSC.REGISTRAR@YAHOO.COM WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

Registration is quick and easy. Create your account and then add players to the available programs. Click on “register now” in the top left hand corner of this page to view available programs. Please ensure you choose a playing division and a fundraiser option.  All families are required to volunteer.You can pay online or by check. There is a 3.4% convienence charge to pay using a credit card. $25.00 fee for returned checks. Check payments must be postmarked within 7 days to complete registration.

**Fall Fundraiser Program is mandatory - you may choose to sell candy or pay opt out fee. If you do not choose an option for this program CVYSC will consider your registration incomplete. Please review your payment detail at checkout. Contact the Registrar @ cvysc.registrar@yahoo.com if it does not include detail for fundraising option.

After you complete the registration you will receive an email receipt and add'l instructions. If  you have difficulty registering online you may click on the “email support at Blue Sombrero link”  or send an email to the registrar at cvysc.registrar@yahoo.com.

Please note: Refunds of registration fees will only be granted if there is no team available in CVYSC, or if a request is made to the Registrar by June 15, 2008. Refunds will not include Blue Sombrero credit card processing fee.
 
 
  Volunteer requirements   
   
Volunteers are an important part of the continued success of our club, not only for your child, but those who wish to participate in the future. The future of the club is in your hands!

Each family is required to volunteer for a minimum of 5 hours. Volunteer selection is completed during registration. You will be contacted in the future regarding your volunteer selection.

  Financial Assistance   
   

CVYSC is a Non-profit organizataion. One of our goals is to provide scholarhips and financial assistance to familes residing in the Conestoga valley School District.

Confidential requests can be submitted to cvysc.registrar@yahoo.com  All requests will be replied. 

 
 
  Fall Fundraiser Program   
   

Each Player must purchase Candy for $50.00 to sell to friends and family or opt out of the fundaiser by paying $25.00. Make your selection when registering online.Candy Bar pick up will be held during the first week of practices in August. You will be sent email notification of the date.

Fundraiser is waived for 3rd child in same family. If a selection is not made during registration your registration will be incomplete.
 
 
  Rec program vs Lanco Travel   
   

The recreational program is typically for new players and lasts one season. Most games are played within the district. Opportunities to develop  skills and experience youth soccer.

The Lanco travel program is for the more serious and dedicated player. The team commitment is for one full year (Fall and Spring). Players are expected to be a practices and games. In addition to regular league play. Travel teams also participate in tournaments throughout the season. Players try out for the team. There are add'l costs for participation and uniforms which varies by division. To learn more about the Lanco travel program contact a board member.
