Augusta FC has moved our backend registration to a new provider, Blue Sombrero! All registrants will need to create a new user account. Please read all of the information below before logging in to register!

 

Augusta FC Rec League Registration Information: 

 

Please be aware that registrations for the fall rec league will be taken on a first-come first-served basis so, register early! This Fall, we will only place players on teams that we have coaches for. If we cannot recruit enough coaches, then players will be rostered in order based on when they registered.

 

Regular registration for the Fall 2008 rec league is currently WAITLIST only. If you are interested in playing this Fall, please go ahead and register. You will not be asked to pay unless your child(ren) is accepted off of waitlist.

 

The rec league fees for Fall 2008 will be $52 for kindergarten, $62 for 1st Grade, $67 for 2nd-3rd grade, $72 for 4th-5th grade, $72 for middle school & high school. You have the option of paying by credit card at check out, or you may select the “pay in person” option and mail a check made out to “Augusta FC” to PO Box 714, Fishersville, VA 22939. We prefer credit card payment as it reduces the amount of work required by our volunteers.

 

  

Augusta FC Travel Registration Information: 

 

Travel registration for the Fall 2008 season is now open. Augusta FC would like to thank all players who tried out. Players should register with the age group of the team they were selected for. Please be aware of the following timeline:

 

May 27 – Team posting – selected players are posted by player number (the U13 boys teams still playing in league play will be posted after completion of their season - there will be no late fees for this group).

 

May 30 – Regular registration deadline. You must be registered and pay the club fees of $150 by this date. If you are paying by check, your envelope must be postmarked by this date and received by June 6th or you will forfeit your roster spot.

 

May 31 – Late registration is open and $20 will be added to the club fees.

 

June 6 – Registration and payment deadline. Any player not registered and paid by this date will forfeit their roster spot and the player next in ranking will be contacted and offered a spot on the team.

 

If you are paying by check, make it out to “Augusta FC” and mail to us at PO Box 714, Fishersville, VA 22939. We prefer credit card payment as it reduces the amount of work required by our volunteers.

 

Payments received indicate a commitment to the team and NO refunds will be given.

 

Augusta FC Follow Up Day

Thursday, May 29th

Fishersville United Methodist Church

5:30-7:00pm

 

Volunteers will be at Fishersville United Methodist Church on Thursday, May 29th from 5:30 – 7:00 to:

 

·         Verify Birth Documents for players new to travel soccer

·         Collect check payments

·         Verify uniform size selection

·         Register players who do not have access to computers

 

Please attend if you would like us to check birth verification documents without having to surrender them. After that time, the club will collect documents for verification.

 

Teams with coaches listed as “To Be Determined“

These teams will be formed contingent upon availability of coaches. Augusta FC is accepting coaching applications for those teams, and we will begin reviewing those applications June 1st. Players selected for these teams should sign up online and pay now. If a team is not formed, these fees will be refunded. The coaching application can be found on the website. 

 

Uniforms – Please Read!

If you are not a returning player, please indicate this when asked on the registration page. You will be charged a $70 uniform fee in addition to the club fee above. Please make sure your uniform information is selected correctly as it will be used to submit your order.

 

If you are a returning player, you will use the same Squadra uniform set you used for 07-08. Check now to see that you have all uniform items and that they will fit you for Fall 08 - Spring 09. If you need replacement or extra uniform pieces, you cannot order these online. Please send an email to Kelly Manor at manormail@ntelos.net indicating which pieces you need. Please make sure to include the player’s name and the team they will be on this Fall! This information must be sent to Kelly by June 6th. Orders after this date may not arrive for league play and will cost more.

Practice Locations & Days

Although team practice fields and practice days are listed, at this point they are the coach’s preference and are tentative. Practice fields and days will be assigned as Augusta FC confirms availability of the fields for the fall.

 

Verification of Birth Date

Players who have not played travel soccer for Augusta FC (or the clubs merged to form Augusta FC) in the last three years will need to provide the club with proof of birth date. Accepted documents include:

 

  1. Original birth certificate with raised seal (no copies) or the VA “credit card” birth certificate
  2. Passport
  3. Current driver’s license, learner’s permit, or “walker” id
  4. Alien Resident Id Card – Green Card
  5. VYSA player pass 2005-2006 or later 

 

Financial Aid

 

For those who wish to be considered for financial aid, please complete the online registration process and select the “pay in person” option when checking out. Then, please fill out the financial aid form available under the “links“ section to the right.
