Managing a sports organization is tough enough without trying to keep tabs on all your teams. After listening to our fantastic admins, we’ve added a feature that sends a copy of every team communication email that comes from the Team Dashboard. Now, when a coach or volunteer sends out a message to their team, the lead administrator will receive a copy of that message.

If you’ve ever wanted to keep an eye on the content and information that is coming out of your club, this is a great way to do it. This setting has been automatically added to all Blue Sombrero sites so there is nothing you need to do to take advantage of the change.

For admins who don’t want to receive this notification, we recommend filtering out the emails through your email client. All notifications will come from the email address ‘[email protected]’, which can be filtered from your inbox.
