Auto Grouping 

Getting emails out to the right group is important and easy with our Newsletters module. Our email filters out any duplicates so that your members only get one email at a time. Blue Sombrero automatically groups by:

• Program (2009 Recreational, 2010 Fall Travel, 2010 Summer Camps, etc.)
• Age Group (U10 Boys, U12 Girls, etc.)
• Team (U10 Boys Silver, U12 Girls Red)
• Open Orders (any account with an open balance)
• Volunteer Role (All coaches, team managers, division managers, etc.)
