Registration for the Fall 2009 Soccer Season is OPEN

There are 3 ways to Register:

Online:  Click the Register Now button on the upper left hand corner of webpage and the follow the prompts to register online.  Please make sure you print out a receipt for your records.

In-Person:  **Updated**  Final onsite registration will be on Tuesday, May 12th (confirmation pending) at the Blue Mountain Middle School cafeteria from 6pm to 8pm.  Please bring a copy of the registration form (forms will be available if needed), a check or cash, any additional documents (see below) and drop off your registration in person with a BMSC representative.

By Mail:  Please print out a copy of the Registration form which is available on our website.  Please fill out the form entirely in legible handwriting including a check and any additional documents (see below) and mail to: Blue Mountain Soccer Club, PO Box 78, Orwigsburg, PA 17961.


Additional Documents Requested

In addition to the club requested registration form for Fall 2009, there are a couple of other items that the BMSC needs to complete the registration process for Fall 2009. 

They include:
1.  A copy of your child(s) birth certificate 
2.  A 1" x 1" picture of your child(s) with his/her name clearly printed on the back
3.  Final payment based on method of registration (cash, check, or credit card)

Failure to present any of these documents (as needed) will delay your child's registration and placement on a BMSC team for the Fall 2009 season.

If you are a First-Time user of the site

 

Please click on REGISTER NOW in the upper left corner

 

Create an account for yourself, the parent(s).   

 

Then Click “add Participants” This is where you enter your child’s information. Participants are players.

 

Be sure to enter birthdays correctly as the system offers programs based on the birthdate you enter. 

 

Complete all the fields on the player information page and press submit.

 

There is a section in the online registration process to indicate any special requests. We consider all requests entered this way, however we CANNOT grant all of them.

Blue Mountain Soccer Club offers 2 programs in some age groups. Visit "Our Programs' webpage for more details. Select one program for each child. For U5-U8, you will register for the developmental program in your age appropriate division. 

For U9 to U19 age players, you will have the option to register for Travel-Rec or Travel-Comp. Based on the final number of registrations in some age divisions, we will hold player evaluations between May 24th and June 7th and then create the Travel-Comp teams with notification within the following 72 hours of the evaluations for that age group.  If you register for Travel-Comp, and then are NOT selected, your child will be placed on a Travel-Rec team.

Please note that even if you have completed and submitted your registration, you can always login to your account and update ANY of your information including the special requests, email address changes, etc., by clicking “edit” next to your child’s name once you are logged in.

If you are new to the club or playing U-9 soccer, please mail a copy (not original) of your child’s birth certificate to us at Blue Mountain Soccer Club, PO Box 78 Orwigsburg, PA 17961

The club would not be successful without the dedicated parents who volunteer their time to give the kids a great soccer experience.  As you go through the new registration process, there will be a section for you, the parents, to inform the BMSC where you can lend a hand. We appreciate all our volunteers and the time they spend with our children.  We can always use more help, so please see a board member about how you can help contribute to your child’s soccer experience. 

Prospective Head Coaches or Assistant Coaches.... The BMSC wants to make sure that we are doing all we can to help educate and enhance your coaching experience as well as our player's experience.  We would ask that you complete the additional Coaches Application (above) to help us better determine our coaches positions within the BMSC.  If you are interested in coaching a U-9 and up Travel-Comp BMSC team, we would as that you return your application by Friday, April 17, 2009.   As the coaches are selected, they will be listed on the website.
