U6-U10 Registration Information:
Season Dates: 1 October - 14 March Season dates are approximate as season schedule may change based on league schedules and end of season tournaments your team may play. Teams can start training in late August/ early September if they wish. ( When fields are available).
Registration Dates: 7 April 2009 to 1 August 2009 or until teams are filled.
Cost: $85.00 pay by check or credit card*.
Uniforms are included in registration cost. Each player will receive the following:
- 2 CDO T-Shirts with a number.
- 1 Pair of shorts.
- 1 Pair of socks.
You can use the online registration system on this website to register. Questions pertaining to the registration software can be answered by clicking the "Parent Support" button on the left. U10 teams that wish to play U11 in the PCJSL, will need to pay the U11 registration fee (135.00 per player).
U11 and Up Registration Information:
Season Dates: 1 Sep - 30 March (Season dates are approximate as season schedule may change base on league schedules and end of season tournaments team decides to play. Teams can start training in early August if they wish, based upon field availability.)
Tryouts: Take place mid April to mid May. Check the announcements section or the event calendar for the latest dates and times. Once placements are complete, those selected and those not selected will be notified. If your child is selected, you will receive an email with instructions for acceptance and registering on line. Player will have an acceptance deadline in which to register online. If deadline is missed, your spot may be offered to another player.
Registration Cost: $135.00 (AYSA Tier 2), $150 (AYSA Tier 1) (Coach or team manager will collect this extra fee -$15.00). Fees do not include coaching fees, State League, Open league, referee fees or tournament and travel expenses or uniform costs.

Practice kit: (optional) $75
Teams that wish to play Maricopa League or State League:
There are other requirements, registration fees, and referee fees associated with Open League and State League. More information on these programs can be found on the azyouthsoccer.com website.
Registration is complete when you have registered online, turned in your paperwork (See below) to your coach/team manager.
Registration paperwork for all programs:
For players to be eligible to travel or play in the PCJSL you will need to provide these items to your coach or team manager once you have been assigned to a team:
1) Arizona Youth Soccer Association Membership form. Found on the
AYSA website.
2) Copy of Birth certificate for age verification; Coach will forward to club registrar.
3) AYSA Medical release signed and notarized.
4) Parent/Player Contract
* There is a 3.4% processing fee for payment by credit card.
