 AC Cugini Refund & Financial Obligations Policy

Applies to all Cugini Programs for Members & Nonmembers 


The Cugini refund policy and financial obligations policy below was established by Cugini's Board of Directors. Every time a parent enrolls their child in a Cugini program, they sign a release form online or on hard copy forms, stating they have read, understand, and agree to all Cugini policies, including the refund and financial obligations policy, as listed in travel team registration manual parents receive before enrolling their child and as listed on the Cugini website for all other programs. It is each parent's responsibility to read all policies and ask Cugini officials questions before making a decision to register their child.


Once a registration is submitted either online or with hard copy for any Cugini program, there are no refunds or credits for another Cugini program, regardless of when the player leaves a Cugini program or team.


All travel  team members must meet all financial obligations established by the Club and the team to which they have committed in order to maintain their spot on the team. If a travel team player drops out at any time or does not enroll for the next seasonal year, the player also loses their spot in any current or future team training. If a travel team player drops out, any money paid to date will not be refunded and the player's parents are contractually obligated to pay the full annual tuition fee as agreed to on signed registration contracts - either paper or online/electronic.


If a travel team player is on scholarship and leaves a Cugini team before the seasonal year ends, they must pay Cugini the normal tuition fees for the program year (8/1-6/30), less any tuition fees paid to date for the program year.


No refunds are given for uniform or equipment purchases.
