“Back of the Net” Goal Scoring School
Master the Art of Scoring Goals!
This camp is all about shooting and scoring goals in different situations using many different techniques. The program is designed to create “goal hunters” through technical and tactical shooting training that gives players a variety of ways to score. Program highlights include:
· Shot Types: Placement – Power – Volleys –- Half Volleys –- Bending Balls –- Chip Shots – Headers
· Situations: Finishing off the Cross – Off the Dribble – Off the Pass
· Creativity: Improvisational Shooting – Deceptive Shooting –- Fake Shots –- Breakaways
· Composure: Taking shots and risks under intense time and opposition pressure
Boys & Girls
Ages: 7-14 or Grades 2-8 (in fall ’09)

*NOTE: This shorter 3 day program (City 1B) is being offered at the beginning of the week for Pittsburgh Dynamo Travel Team players that are playing in the PA West Open Tournament in Edinboro the following weekend. This offers those players the benefit of a camp training program earlier in the week to prepare, but still allows for a rest period before the tournament.
**NOTE: This shorter 3 day program (City 1C) is being offered at the end of the week to accommodate any players that may still be in school at the beginning of this week.
