Financial
(John Kraft):

- Financials are not complete but will be by Nov. meeting. As coaches turn in their flags will be given $25 tonight.

President
(Frank Muhl):

- In regards to securing goals, Rick will be in charge of securing any unsecured goals in the next week before the Bothwell Cup Tournament.
- Open positions read as well as job descriptions for each.

Vice President
(Rick Rodgers):
|
- Fields are about to close for the season.
- All holes have been filled. Volunteers are needed to spread grass seed after the tournament. An email will be sent out by Mike F.
- Rick requests that for future seasons the coaches inform him of any field concerns as they find them.

Recreation
(Sherri Schloss):
|
- Any WASA team playing in the Bothwell Cup Tournament will be eligible for a reimbursement. U11 and older can receive $100 and U10 and younger can receive $50 by going online.
- Reminder of Code of Conduct on website in the Coaches Corner tab.

In-House
(Dave Wagner):
|
- Bothwell will be using all fields and park all weekend. This may interrupt some Saturday games.
John does not agree that a rental tournament to override In house schedule.
Dave will notify In-House coaches by noon Wed. 10-15-08 if any rescheduling needs to be done.

Coach & Player Development

- Policy for “playing up” voted on. Majority of Board members are in favor. Mike will post it on the website.

Communications
(Mike Falanga):
|
- Mike Falanga- Banner is to be hung Oct. 27th. It needs to have the website updated before being hung.
- Mike has decided to let the previous website domain to expire.

Tournament

Fundraising

- Help is needed in concessions and parking during Bothwell Cup Tournament. An email will be sent out.
