- In regards to the issue of securing goals properly, an email has been sent out to coaches and the Board.
Rick will be taking care of the goals on the field.
- Positions that are open for nomination at the October meeting are Vice President, Treasurer, Dir. Of Recreation,
Dir. Of Coaching and Player Development. Open positions at this time are Fundraising Coordinator,
In House Director, Tournament Director.

- The two wooden bridges that make the fields wheel chair accesable are old and damaged. They are being replaced.
- Hole on the fields have been filled with sand.
- CYO needs 8 games and is requesting them to be played as scrimmages with WASA.
- Requests that a financial aid policy be put into place before Spring registration.

Recreation

- Requests that coaches help out with the referees when needed.
- Some goals are not staked down. Rick will be taking care of this.

Coach & Player Development

- Ross may be used at the U7 & U8 when not busy. There are 2 trainers twice a week available.
John will email Rec. coaches to utilize Ross.
- Mel will contact Ross to ask about coaches clinics.

Communications

- The VM is gone. The phone number needs to be taken off of the letterhead, registration banner, website, etc.
Frank will email Mike the document template for the letter head.
- Team tabs are up to date on the website.
- The banner is set to be hung up in town in Oct. Mike will call the city to confirm the dates.
- Mike has left 3 messages at the site leader to recover the domain name.

Fundraising

- Winning ticket from the 50/50 raffle has been drawn. Brian Rudolph was awarded $900. 180 tickets were sold.
Rick suggests that the 50/50 raffle be done each year over both seasons.
- Rick suggests that vendors not be used during the tournament next year so that the concession stand has the opportunity to make a profit.
