- Net income of $23,553 is a drop of $1,937 vs. this time last year.
- GAASA late fees for spring season totaled $950.00.
- WASA Coaches Appreciation Fund Raiser Golf Outing is June 25th.
- Parents have donated a total of $430 towards the financial hardship fund.
- In regards to the refund policy- a mother who registered her child and was willing to coach has informed John that her son has broken his leg and is requesting a full refund. The board votes to refund all but $5 due to us paying Blue Sombrero $5.
- Blue Tip- Went well. Next year teams will need to register for the parade through WASA.
- WASA cards are in and for sale for $10.

- Mr. Peterson is working to design the entrance to Muhl fields. He will then submit a proposal.
- A field striper, a dozen cases of paint and some goal nets are missing from the WASA storage. Rick will file a police report.
- Rick needs some volunteers the weekend of July 18th to sell raffle tickets at the 3v3 Basketball tournament.
- Saturday July 19th is the Rugby Tournament.
- Rick requested checks for Sam’s club, Danamillers and cash for supplies for the Tournament.

- Could use volunteers for July 26th for Registration at Pinnacle.
- Rec season begins August 16th.

- In House season starts Sept. 6. Pictures August 23rd.
- Dave wants help to finish up getting teams ready. Dave requests paying someone to help finish this up for fall season. Board approves $250 to pay Linda Blok to help with this for this season.
- Mel, Sherri and Dave will get together with GSA to schedule coaches clinics.
- Policies for playing up and down need to be put in place and utilized fairly.
