- Treasurer’s position will be open in November and John would like to find someone sooner so that he can help ease the new person into the position.
- John would like a WASA representative to consider attending the Chamber of Commerce luncheons.
- John will work on completing tax exempt status with vendors.

- Registration refund policy put into place as: 50% will be refunded one week before team declaration. After that there will be no refunds. The Board as a whole will consider special cases on a case by case basis.
- Fall 2008 Registration
- Fall ’08 team declaration is June 20th, 2008.
- Registration is extended to May 31st, 2008. After that there will be a $10 late fee. And placement subject to availability.
- Sherri will put paper registration forms at concession stand.
- Mike will send out bulk email and place advertisement on WCTV.
- John will submit an advertisement to the Trading Post.
- Sherri will put flyers out at the local schools.
- Rick will change and hang the banner at the concession stand.

- Teams may only practice on city owned parks. School grounds are not city owned. If Muhl Fields are closed then the city will consider all other city parks closed. This has been posted on website.
- Rick requests $2,500 for a deck mower.
- City has dumped grindings in parking lot. Rick is looking for volunteers to help spread them.

- Car Raffle in progress. Tickets are $10each. Board members are not eligible. Mike will post on website. Drawing for car will be held Sept. 5th, 2008. Winner need not be present to win. Car will be in parade following truck pulling trailer (Jamie mailed parade registration.)
- Concession stand has been open for 4 days and has brought in about $300.
