  • The FJM tournament is scheduled for Labor Day weekend
  • Scheduling is in process for the Kohl's Cup Truck Event
  • Proposed that administration of the British Challenger Cup should be taken over by fundraising since it's more a fundraising event than a WASA-hosted tournament. John volunteered to take over the administration this year if nobody was comfortable with that idea.
  • It was verified that we are still allowed to use Otto's Hands-On Soccer Camp

Old Business

  • Frank Muhl has still not heard from the city about the parking lot.

New Business

  • John Kraft would like to outsource the managemetn of the concession stand to Jennifer Tavanello, owner of Eclectic Edibles Catering. Jennifer passed out a proposal for running the concession stand. Concerns about the equipment WASA owns were brought up. The board will discuss and get back to her.
  • Rick Rodgers brought up a concern about what to do with "overflow" players - players that registered, but not enough to make a team. The question was left to Scott Simpson, on how the Medina County Soccer Academy might be able to help out with this. Scott to look into it.
