To be an approved club trainer you must be registered with our club and approved by the Board. Please do the following: Go to the registration tab then to coach forms. Print out the 4 forms, fill them out and turn them in to the club registrar by bringing them to the concession building when it is open or mail them to: DYSC, Registrar, PO Box 6345, Deltona, FL 32728.  You will receive a pass when approved. You will need to sign the pass and have a photo taken. If you already have a pass with another club, you need to let them know that you want to train in other clubs and get their approval. You will need to turn in your current pass to the added club and will be given a new pass that lists both clubs on it. Thank you !
