Volunteers are the cornerstone of all successful organizations. HGRA has been a successful organization over the years because of people like you. Without past, present, and future volunteers, thousands of children in Highland Park and surrounding communities would not have/had the opportunity to participate in a local sports program.

Volunteer opportunities are abundant within the HGRA organization. This is an opportunity to use your skills, talents, and energy to make youth programs available to children of the community. Below are just a few to consider:

Coach/Assistant Coach
Every sport offered by HGRA is made up of several teams. Teams are not possible without volunteer coaches and assistant coaches. Volunteers in a coaching position have the responsibility of coordinating team practices, attending games, and providing a fun and learning atmosphere for players. The commitment varies depending on the level of play. Orientation and training are provided by Directors. Previous experience not required.
