If you need to cancel, notify us at least 14 days before the start of your child's camp session.  We are happy to return all tuition less a $15.00 administration fee.   Credit Card processing fees can not be returned.  You must contact Meredith at mtvince@emory.edu to receive your refund. Refunds cannot be handled online and cannot be put back on your credit card. Also, we are not responsible for checks lost in the mail. If a second check must be issued, you will be responsible for any check cancellation fees in addition to the administrative fee.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of your child's camp session date.
