- Fall registration will begin April 18th.
- Frank wants to revisit bringing Linda Blok on as a Liaison for WASA and GSA.
- Mike Falanga motions to elect Linda Blok as WASA’s Liaison with GSA. Rick seconds the motion. The Board votes to bring Linda on as Liaison. (Sherri not yet in attendance when we voted).
- Frank will email to set up a meeting with GSA. Planned for next Tuesday at 8pm.
- Frank presents an email from Rich Berlin in regards to the request from Ron Medal to use 2 WASA fields on August 16th. Rich and Ron are requesting consideration of time taken to respond to their requests. Mike apologized on behalf of the Board for not replying in a timely manner.

Vice President

- Fields are open. They will be lined on Thursday of this week.
- The city still has the parking lot drawings.
- Basketball courts are now being put in behind the playground area.
- Concessions will not open until May 1, 2008 due to the water not being turned on yet.
- Two Port-a-Pots are now in place.
- The city will be cleaning and locking/unlocking bathrooms daily beginning 5-1-08.
- Rick will be discussing holes in parking lot with Mr. Peters from the city.
- Rick will inventory goals and reply to John Johnson about his request to purchase extra goals.
- John gave Rick the concession stand approval certificate from the Medina County Health Dept.

- Resaved Constitution and By Laws to website so they can be viewed in full.
- Mike will work on posting master schedule of practices per Sherri’s request.

- Position is open due to Pat’s term ending Nov. 30,2007.
- Open position will be posted and voted on at the May meeting. Frank will contact Pat C.

Old Business
- Spring Registration will begin online 4-18-08. Mike will send out bulk email.
- Hands on Soccer: Otto Orf- Will present a contract.
- Liberty FC- Tavi Muresan- Ron Mendel says never mind since we never got back to him about this.
- Continental Cup- Tournament and coach’s clinic all in one. Frank will email info to Mike to post on website.
- Trendy Threads- Local resale shop that has gently used WASA uniforms and soccer shoes. Mike will post their info. On the website.
New Business

Open Discusson
- GSA requests that by the end of the week WASA have a plan to work together on scheduling in the upcoming season.
- WASA teams are practicing on Bird St. park. They are reportedly moving goals, using goals that are not staked down, playing on wet and muddy fields.
Sherri will email coaches to be mindful of the field conditions as well as the safety of staking the goals down.
- Ron Mendel requests that any questions or comments WASA has for him and GSA be asked now.
- John asks about the skill levels and league tiers.
- Dave discussed questions about the fee schedule.
