- Rick met with Rob Peters from the City on 10/8/07 to get the field lease. Lease must be signed and returned to the city ASAP. John Kraft makes a motion to approve the lease.

- Registration will run Nov.1,2007 -Jan.15,2008. It will be online this year. A date will be set later for a registration day at the library.

Old Business
- OYSAN Bothwell Cup @ Muhl Park Oct. 19-21.
- Findlay area youth soccer assn. money will be donated soon. The total amount will be determined soon.
New Business
- Frank Muhl- Adult teams must register through OYSAN with a $200 registration fee. He wants to know why the increase and why are they no longer going through WASA to be a WASA adult team. Pat Cingal will look into this and it will be revisited at a later time. Pat Cingal will look into getting a Director of Adult Leagues.
- Ross Nicol suggests more coaches and clinics. More experienced coaches and less unknowledgeable parent coaches.
- Laurie Rooks is offering to be a liaison for WASA Board to help make a plan of action. She is a professional facilitator.
- GAASA Fall season ends. Play offs begin @ Muhl Park 10/12-10-14/07.
- ODP Registration still open but late fees apply.
- Volunteers needed for the Bothwell Cup- Contact Pat C. ASAP.
Open Discusson
- Scott Groves requests that players be assessed. He says that a U10 team was not assessed. Sherri suggests that Ross assess these children ASAP.
- Fundraising- Jamie McNeeley- Applebee’s fundraiser brought in $113. Not a great turn out. May try again in the spring.
- Sherwin Williams Neighbor to Neighbor program approved.
- Star Advantage not approved.
