IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME HERE
Please click the 'Register' link at the top of the page and create your Registration System account. You may use the same login and password as you used for the Centennial SC Web Portal if you choose. The Registration System will be your primary access point to sign up for programs, manage your player and household contact information, check payment status and other registration functions.

IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT
After logging in, click the 'Register Now!' link at the top of the screen to sign up your players for events. You can edit your user profile by clicking on the 'My Account' link to add players to your family profile, update your contact information.
