Rental Groups Defined:
v HARP: HARP-affiliated programs such as baseball, softball, basketball, cheerleading
v HARP Community Organizations: Non-profit, civic, senior, sport, scout, church groups, etc. within a HARP municipality
v HARP Private: Private renter for event such as a birthday, holiday, etc. who lives in a HARP municipality
v HARP Commercial: A renter seeking to obtain profits who resides in a HARP municipality
v SESD Private: Renter lives in the Southeastern School District (SESD) but not in a HARP municipality
v SESD Commercial: Renter seeking to earn a profit, lives in SESD, but not HARP municipality
LARGE EVENTS (Several Areas of Complex) – require Board approval – must be scheduled to be on agenda.
Non-SESD – A renter who lives outside the Southeastern School District – Must be pre-approved by HARP Board at a scheduled meeting
