Forgotten Username/ Second Accounts - Thursday, February 19, 2009
If you forget your password please DO NOT create a second account. Use the forgotten password feature on the login screen OR contact Brandon Nelson. Multiple accounts can cause missed discounts, so ONE account per family.  
Credit Card Payments - Thursday, February 19, 2009
Credit card payments show on your statement as Blue Sombrero (not New England Aztec). Please make note.  
Paying a deposit only - Thursday, February 19, 2009
If you only wish to pay a deposit you MUST click "pay deposit only" on the payment page, which will be the last page of your registration process.  
Refunds - Thursday, February 19, 2009
Mistaken full tuition credit card payments are refundable (less deposit amount), but the credit card fee of 3.5% will be deducted. Refund checks will be available 3 weeks after order date. Orders placed as check payment are not subject to the same circumstances. Reqests should be made directly to Brandon Nelson.
