If you played with CFU during Fall 08 and/or Spring 09,  please log in with your password, etc. then click on next screen “Register Now“ in box on left.

If you have not played with us this past year, please click on Register (First Time User) in the box on the top left hand side of the screen.
 
   Contact is parent information; participant is player information.  Blue Sombrero charges a small processing fee to use a credit card for payment.  If you will be paying by check, click on "check/other".  If new to CFU, please fax or mail copy of birth certificate. New or returning, please download the medical release and registration form from your e-mail confirmation.
