In order to use the community building and/or the other facilities you must have a reservation.  Please email us at info@harp-online.org to check availability for the dates/facilities needed.  If you are unable to email - you may call our phone at 717-993-2255 to leave a message, this option will take longer for a response. 

Once availability is established, you must complete a “Reservation Request" form (link above right) and mail it with your deposit and rental fee within 5 days of scheduling to secure your rental.  Please send to HARP at:  P.O. Box 959 Stewartstown, PA  17363

No reservations will be accepted with less than two weeks notice.
