- Filing cabinet requested by Sherri S. has been bought and placed into the concession
stand.
- Drawings for the parking lot are finished this week. Rick will contact the
city when he has the drawings.
- Rick requests that all future board votes be done
on paper as secret votes. The board agrees.
- Rick requests that the leaf blower and
weed eater that Pat Cingal removed from the concession stand be returned. Frank
M. will contact Pat C. and forward this request.

Recreation
(Sherri Schloss):

- Sherri requests that the coaches code of conduct be posted onto the website. Mike
F. will post.
- Registration is being extended through Feb.1st,2008.
- An in-person
registration day is planned for Jan. 27th,2008 from 11-3 at Weatherstone club house.

(Holly Davis):

- Holly will meet with Linda B. to get In-House information.

Coach & Player Development
(Dave Wagner):

- Dave spoke with Tom and Tom will forward Coaching and Player Dev. Information to
Dave.

Communications
(Mike Falanga):

- Mike will reserve the Watherstone club house for jan. 27th.
- Will post registration
extension, by-laws, Dec. 2007 meeting minutes, coaching conduct of conduct on the
website.
- Online registration seems to be going smoothly. Will reserve banner space
from the city of Wadsworth to hang the banner announcing registration for fall season
in April.

Old Business
- Frank requests the Board fill out the job descriptions and return them to him
soon.
- John is working on the supplier list.
- Spring registration is down by around
200 participants from previous seasons.
- WASA logo- Tut S. from blue sombrero has
emailed 3 logo samples. The board would like to see more samples. Jamie M. will
forward this request to Tut S.
New Business
- Hands on Soccer camp (Otto Orf)
- Cleveland City Stars Fundraiser opportunity-
Jamie M. will contact them. and report back at the Feb. General Meeting
Open Discusson
- The suggestion of having the coaches come to the Feb. general meeting as a coaches
meeting is approved.
