Juggling Program

Laramie Blizzard Soccer Club is excited to introduce a juggling program to our players from our U10 to U17 age levels. The juggling program will coincide with our fall and spring seasons. Juggling will help our players develop their touch, balance, and agility.
Touch
Your touch is feeling the ball through your shoe knowing what part of the foot and where on the ball you are going to have contact with. By improving your touch the player learns to project mentally, down to the surface touching the ball, foot, thigh, chest, or head, and learns to feel where the ball will go next based on the last touch.
Balance/Agility
Being able to control your body while you are running, passing, or even being pushed can be improved by juggling. While juggling player’s bodies and minds have to adjust to each touch on the ball. If they touch the ball in one direction they have to make the decision of where to move, which service to hit the ball with, and do all this without falling over.
