FOOTBALL (3 types of training - USA Online, Pop Warner coaches’ clinic, Tiny Mite clinic)
USA Online training - All Head football coaches (including Tiny Mite). This certification is good for 3
years (must have been completed in 2007 or 2008 to be valid for 2009)
Pop Warner coach’s clinic - All Head & Assistant coaches must attend if they do not have a valid
certificate and badge. This certification is good for 3 years (must have been completed in 2007 or
2008 to be valid for 2009)
Tiny Mite clinic – ALL Tiny Mite Coaches will be required to complete this clinic as well as the Pop
Warner coach’s clinic. If your Tiny Mite Coach has a valid certificate and Badge from a previous
clinic, they will only have to attend the Tiny Mite Clinic.

1) An assistant football coach says they are not sure if they completed the Pop Warner coaches clinic in
2006 or 2007, does the TCFC or Pop Warner maintain records of when the training was completed (and if
so, how can I get it), or is the only verification of completion the actual certificate which the coach
themselves should have maintained? Coaches or Associations should have maintained these
certificates. If they have attended a clinic their badge will show the expiration date. As for the
Certificate the Region may reprint the certificate with a charge.
2) If a Board Member is also a coach, are they required to have completed both the Pop Warner SE
Region administrators clinic AND the Pop Warner coaches clinic? Yes they are required to attend
both if they choose to be both.
