TYPES OF REGISTRATION:
I. You have an existing account with Cougar/Blue Sombrero (i.e. Cougar SC)
II. You are a new user and do not have Cougar/Blue Sombrero.
Question: What to do if you have an account, but cannot remember my Log On ID or Password? Do not create a new account!!!! Read below point #3
I. Steps to register if you already have an account:
1. Go to your club’s website.
www.Cougarsoccerclub.com
2. If you have completed on online registration in the past, you already have an account and do not need to create a new one (i.e. Cougar SC.) To log into an existing account, click on the Login button on the right side of the screen. (Please check the Cougar Active Account File attached to double check if you have an account from the past two years with an MSO Kicker or Cougar Boys SC.)
3. Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your username and password, please click on the “Forgot Username and Password” button to get a reminder. Please, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT as doing so will only cause confusion. If you have changed your email address or are unable to receive a password reminder, please send an support@bluesombrero.com. for help.
4. Once you have logged into your account, click on “Register Now” in the upper left corner of the screen. This will bring up a list of available programs for each participant listed in your account. If you need to add another participant, please do so by clicking on the green button on your main account screen that reads, “Add Participant.”
5. Continue through all steps of registration to the checkout screen.
6. If paying by credit card, please make sure that all of your billing information is entered correctly!
7. Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the checkout screen. Please note – if you do not click “Submit” or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder for this email, just in case!), your registration is NOT COMPLETE. If you have questions about whether or not your registration has been submitted, please contact support@bluesombrero.com.
II. Steps to register if you do not have an account:
1. Go to your club’s website
www.Cougarsoccerclub.com.
2. Click on the Register button in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Fill in all required information fields and enter a username, password, and valid email address.
4. Enter your child’s information and select the appropriate program from the list of available options.
5. Provide the required participant information
6. Continue through all steps of registration to the checkout screen.
7. Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the checkout screen. Please note – if you do not click “Submit” or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder for this email, just in case!), your registration is NOT COMPLETE. If you have questions about whether or not your registration has been submitted, please contact support@bluesombrero.com.
III. What to do if you have an account, but cannot remember Log On ID or Password?
a. Review the attached Cougar Active Account Sheet.
b. If you have an account and forget your Login ID or PW, please e-mail support@bluesombrero.com. List your name, name of child listed on the active account sheet, program Give Blue sombrero two days to respond.
c. DO NOT OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING ACCOUNT. IT WILL ONLY CAUSE FRUSTRATION FOR BOTH YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE COUGAR UNITED ADMINSTRATION
