DIRECTIONS TO FURMAN UNIVERSITY

 

 

From Atlanta, GA:  Take I-85 North to I-185 Exit 42.  Follow 185 North to White Horse Rd (Hwy 25), Exit 1.  Take a left off the exit ramp onto White Horse.  Follow White Horse Rd. for 8-10 miles.  Turn right onto Duncan Chapel Rd.  You will see signs for Furman University.  Follow Duncan Chapel Rd. for less than a mile.  Turn left into the University and the softball stadium will be immediately on your left.

 

 

 

From Charlotte, NC: Take I-85 South to the I-385 (exit 51) exit towards Greenville.  Take the 291/N. Pleasantburg Dr. exit.  Go through 2 traffic lights and turn left at the third(3rd) light, this is still 291 N.  Take 291 N. for approximately 4 miles.  You will pass a large shopping center on the left with Old Navy and TJ Maxx.  Turn right at the next traffic light, which is Hwy 276 or Poinsett Highway.  Furman’s entrance is two miles down on the right.  Follow campus signs to softball field.

 

 

 

From Asheville, NC:  Take I-26 East to Hendersonville, NC to US 25 South.  In Travelers Rest, SC, US 25 and US 276 East join briefly.  Where the highways divide, take 276 East to Furman exit.  Follow campus signs to softball field.

 

 

 

From Columbia, SC:  Take I-26 West.  Follow to I-385/Greenville.  Exit #40 291/N. Pleasantburg Drive exit.  Go through 2 traffic lights and turn left at the third (3rd) light, this is still 291 N.  Take 291 N. for approximately 4 miles.  You will pass a large shopping center on the left with Old Navy and TJ Maxx.  Turn right at the next traffic light, which is Hwy 276 or Poinsett Highway.  Furman’s entrance is two miles down on the right.  Follow campus signs to softball field.
