Cherry Hill and Blue Sombrero respect your privacy and we take it extremely seriously. We take great pride in being honest, fair, respectful, and courteous to each and every customer. We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us. We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do.
SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY
Shopping on any Blue Sombrero powered Club Shop website is 100% safe, guaranteed. When you use your credit card at any Blue Sombrero powered Club Shop, rest assured that the transaction is completely safe. BACKORDER POLICY
Blue Sombrero powered Club Shops have limited inventory so if you see an item you like, ACT FAST AND PURCHASE! Should the Club Shop be out of stock or out of size in an item you would like to purchase, please send an email to clubshop@bluesombrero.com including the following information:
1. Your name, address, phone number, email address and YOUR CLUB’S NAME
2. The item you would like to order, including model number, size and color.
We will place the item you have requested on backorder and when your club re-stocks their Club Shop, we will be sure to include your order. While we unfortunately cannot guarantee the timing for restocking or shipment of any individual item, we will work with your club to get the order fulfilled as quickly as possible.
NO RISK RETURN POLICY
Returning New Items
All the products for sale through Blue Sombrero powered Club Shops are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (via UPS Ground service) in appreciation of your business with us.
If you do wish to return or exchange an item, please first send an email to clubshop@bluesombrero.com including the following information:
1. Your name, address, phone number, email address and YOUR CLUB’S NAME
2. The item description and style number (found on your enclosed order confirmation receipt)
3. The reason for the return
You will receive a response email within 24 hours which should be printed and enclosed with the returned item. Please ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
There are no returns allowed on individually customized items, videos, or CD's with opened packaging.
Returning Defective Items
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. You may also notice that some non-apparel and non-footwear items have extended warranties that will of course be honored during the life of their guarantee.
We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 60 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim. We have designed our new returns process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Thank you.
