Dear Ambush Soccer Parent,
The Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department is pleased to announce that plans are well underway for the 2010/2011 Alpharetta Ambush Soccer Program. The first step in the process is Ambush try-outs which begin May 25th for academy teams and June 8th for U14 and older teams.
There is a $5 non-refundable try-out fee.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. REGISTRATION OPENS ON APRIL 27.
There are three ways to register.
A) Go on-line at WWW.ALPHARETTA.GA.US (visit recreation and parks section). See on-line registration instructions below on next page**.
B) In person at the Crabapple Government Center, Alpharetta Community Center, Wills Park or Recreation and Parks Administrative office.
C) By mail or fax. Download the ARPD athletic registration form, http://www.alpharetta.ga.us/files/docs/pdfs/R&P/Activity%20Registration%20Form.pdf , and mail to 12624 Broadwell rd, Alpharetta GA 30005 or fax to my attention at 678-297-6161.

** ARPD ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
TO REGISTER AND PAY($5 NON REFUNDABLE) ON-LINE FOR CITY OF ALPHARETTA ACADEMY/SELECT SOCCER TRY-OUT FEES COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING PROCESS;
1) Visit the City of Alpharetta web-site at http://www.alpharetta.ga.us/index.php?p=70
2) Scroll down and look on the right side of the screen for ‘on-line registration’ under the Recreation and Parks icon. Click on ‘on-line registration’.
3) f you don’t have a customer ID # you must click on request account. Once approved by ARPD Administrative Staff, you will be emailed your customer ID number. Requests for customer accounts are processed Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm. Requests made outside of regular business hours will be processed the next business day (Mon-Fri).
4) Once you have your customer ID then you can register your child. Return to on-line registration and click on icon ‘click here to register’.
5) Put in correct activity number(top right corner) for your child’s age group from list below and press GO
6) Once you have pulled up correct age group then push “add to my cart’. Screen will prompt for login and password for you to proceed. Continue through registration process.
Note: Customers registering for programs online do not qualify for family discounts.
