Practice Cancellations

Our mission is to post the latest information about practices on this page by 3.00 pm on days where inclement weather might be a concern. You can also call South Orange code-a-phone at 973-762-0748 (option 1) from 3.00 pm onward to get the same information.

Typically, practices will be held regardless of temperature, and in the rain. Practices will be canceled if there is thunder, lightening or excessive pools of water or mud on the fields.

If the weather deteriorates during a practice, the Trainer may choose to stop the session. Parents will be required to pickup their players immediately. We suggest teams arrange contingency plans for this type of situation.

Game Cancellations

In most instances, you will here directly from your coach if games are cancelled due to weather.  We will also announce any township field closures for weekend games on the website.
