INSTRUCTIONS FOR FALL REGISTRATION
Information for Parents of RECREATIONAL PLAYERS: Family discounts and any applicable late fees or Virginia resident fees are not applied until you reach the final check-out screen. There is also an option at the end of the registration process for making donations to HVFC.
Financial Assistance for Recreational Players: Instructions for requesting financial assistance are also included during the registration process. Any parents requesting financial assistance should complete the full registration process but you will not be charged at the end and you need to mark the box for “pay by check“ on the check-out screen. Do not mail a check. Financial assistance requests will be reviewed by an HVFC official.
