U11-U14            $   650 due upon acceptance and is non-refundable

U15 and up    $425 due upon acceptance and is non-refundable

All payments must be made on time.  In the case of a late payment, SSSSA will allow two weeks from the due date to become current.  If payment does not become current during that time, the player will not be allowed to participate in any team practices or games and may be replaced by a new player.

Payments are non-refundable except in the case of injury.  These situations are reviewed case by case with our Executive Board and payment may be prorated based on extent of injury and time in the season.  Players may be asked to provide a doctor’s note to support the injury in the case of a refund.

Documents

You will need to provide a copy of the player’s birth certificate as well as two 1x1” color pictures for their player pass card.  Both items should be given to the registrar at registration.  These are very important pieces of information to be brought to registration.

Notes

1. Many of our teams also travel to high profile tournaments.  The cost of additional tournaments as well as coach’s travel and accommodations will be divided by team members and paid in addition to the club fees.

2. New players will have to purchase a uniform kit which consists of two game jerseys, one pair of shorts and two pairs of socks.  The cost is less than $100 and is ordered through your team manager.

3. Players can sign up for additional developmental clinics throughout the year.  These clinics are not covered in the tuition and are available at a reduced fee.
