Team Sponsorship Form
Sandhills Youth Soccer League (SYSL) is a non-profit organization serving all of Moore County and beyond with soccer league play, tournaments, camps/clinics, and coaching education for both youth and adults.
In order to keep the cost of this service down for our constituency we graciously ask for your support. The basic team sponsorship of $300 would cover the cost of team uniforms and your business name would appear on the back of each jersey for that team. Sponsors will also be recognized on our website (www.gosysl.com) and other print materials when applicable. If you have a specific team (i.e. your child’s team) that you would like to sponsor please indicate this below and we will make our best effort to accomplish this. Please send your sponsorship fee with this form to guarantee inclusion by July 15th. All checks are payable to: SYSL
