MCCSA Fall Championship
Soccer Tournament
October 17-18, 2009
Murray-Calloway County Soccer Association; and the City of Murray, Kentucky, is pleased to invite your team to participate in the 15th Annual Fall Championship Soccer Tournament (formerly the MSU Invitational) to be held October 17-18, 2009 in Murray, KY.
This is a USYSA tournament sanctioned through the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association. All teams must be in good standing with their state associations. Player passes, state-approved rosters, permission-to-travel forms (out-of-state teams only) and notarized medical release forms will be required for all teams. Up to three USYSA registered guest players may be added to a team roster. US Club Soccer Teams will also be accepted.
The entry fee is $380 for U-9/U-10 teams, $405 for U11/U12, and $455 for all 11v11 in all other age groups, with each team guaranteed a minimum of three games. The tournament is open to all teams of boys and girls in age groups U-9 through U-16. Single-year age groups will be included where the number of teams playing permits; otherwise, the committee reserves the right to combine age groups by dual-year brackets. Participation awards will be given to U9 division. Individual awards will be given to first- and second-place finishers in all divisions, U10 – U16. The tournament committee reserves the right to shorten or cancel games due to inclement weather. Once a team is accepted into the tournament the entry fee is nonrefundable.
Please return the application with your entry fee postmarked by September 25, 2009. Register-online at www.tcsportzevents.com, select the Soccer tab from the menu bar and follow the links to the tournament page. Roster changes can be made up to the time of check-in, but only players who are on the roster and approved at the check-in will be allowed to participate.
