Guest Speakers:

Ian Jones/NOESA – Information on training style for in-house academy style training.

 

Sandor Jakob/NOESA – Information on training and games academy style for in-house in addition to regular club practices and games.

Treasurer Report:

Report would not print.

Still have registrations in shopping cart on Blue Sombrero.

 

Vice President:

Seeding day at Muhl Park in April (date to be announced).

Checking on prices for Radios.

Waiting on City for approval for heater installation.

Lewis Land reviewing parking lot lay out.

 

Recreation Director:

25 teams registered for spring and are in process of putting rosters together.

March 16 will be a coaches meeting at 7:30.

Spring season starts April 18^th

 

In-House Director:

Spring season will run from April 18^th to June 3^rd.

We have a total of 59 teams U5 – 22, U6 – 14, U7 – 13, U8 – 10.

 

Coach/Player Development:

Dave and Rick will hold a coach clinic thru season.

Ross will be stationed in one place and teams will rotate to him.

 

Communication Director:

Looking at new web sites. Global info. – Keeps shared information for length of time.

 

Motion made to have Communication Director find new web server. Motion passed.

 

Select Director:

Ross would like to meet with every coach before season at Valley View.

 

Tournament Director:

WASA is not eligible for the Kohl’s Tournament.

No competitive tournament in spring, possibly a 3V3. John to contact Jack Banks for more information.

 

 

Fundraising Chair:

Looking into other fundraiser like dollar candy bars…

 

New Business:

Adults have 2800.00 in checks for registration. They would like the extra money to go to the WASA hardship and scholarship fund. They would like to have a board position.
