To register online, the user must first create an online account via the Register (First time User) link in the top left side of the Cugini website.
- You will first add parent information (you also have option of adding second parent info). Once you complete your account information, you will then be directed to a new page to add the participant/ player information for all children in your family whom you are enrolling.
- After your enter the player information for the first child, you will then find a list of all Cugini programs for which the child is eligible to enroll (by age and gender)
- Select the appropriate program and applicable age division.
- You will then proceed to checkout. You can add another child before final check out.. That way, you will automatically receive any applicable family discounts for 2nd or 3rd child from same family.
- Once you proceed to checkout, you will also complete information about the participant – i.e., allergies, emergency contact, and sign the medical release/liability waiver.
- You will be given an option to pay by credit card, or by check. (If paying by check, you must mail payment within 3 days of online registration to Cugini, PO Box 165, Great Falls, VA 22066.)
- Once you complete your online payment, you will receive an instant email confirmation that your registration is complete. If paying by check, you will receive an email confirmation that registration is complete after Cugini receives the payment.
- Please be sure to download and mail in any required forms (such as Cugini Code of Conduct, Medical Release etc.).
Notes:
- After you logout for the first time, you will just select the login button to access your account with your user name and password.
- If you didn’t pay the first time, or you need to add another child, just click on the Register Now button.
- There are nor refunds once a registration and payment have been submitted.
