Financial Agreement for U15 - 18 Players
The North United Classic Soccer Program Team fees for the Winter & Spring 2010 season were based on providing your player with the best of coaching and facilities as possible.
Our U15 + Team Fee includes the following:

Tournaments / Referees / Practice & Game Field Rentals
Winter Indoor Training, Rental & Coaching

Full Year Fee $1000.00

Additional Estimated Expesnes (not inclkuded in annual fee)
Uniforms per set $ 120.00 +
Warm ups and bags 90.00 + 40.00 = $130.00
Winter Futsal $200
Teams playing in the regional leagues can expect to pay additional fess for that was well.
NOTE: Team and club fundraising is done to help offset these additional expenses

Payments are as follows:
$250.00 deposit to hold your spot upon acceptance of an offer to play.
November 1, $250.00 February 1, $250.00 March 1, $250.00
All fees can now be paid on line with a debit/credit card ** OR
**A processing change will be applied to all on line payments

The misc. items payments are due on delivery. All overnight travel and other team related expenses such as team parties; extra tournaments, etc. are in addition to the scheduled program fees.
As the Parent /legal guardian for _______________________________ I have read and understand the terms and conditions of our acceptance into the North United Classic Soccer program. I also understand that I am responsible for all dues, fees, and expenses as they have been outlined in this financial agreement. A $50.00 late fee will be imposed on all payments not received with in 10 days of the due date. Only the President or Treasurer can waive this fee if notified before the due date of a problem.
