NEW Opportunity: Players born Aug. 1 through Dec. 31, 1992 can participate this season. This age group is NOT eligible to attend Region IV ODP camp but are invited to take advantage of the training, tournaments and showcase opportunites.

~ Attendace at state wide evaluations is required to be considered for continued participation in the program.

How to register to use the online WYS ODP communications website.


If you/your child have registered before DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.


You need your username and password to continue. If you do not remember your username and/or password:

  1. Click on “Login” in the upper left corner, then click the “Forgot Username and Password” button to receive an reminder email.
  2. Or, call the state office at 888-742-2306.
  3. If you changed your email address or cannot receive a password reminder, please email support@bluesombrero.com for help.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT:

  1. Click on the “Login” button located in the upper left corner of the screen; enter your user name and password.
  2. Click on "Register Now!" in the upper left corner of the screen. All available programs will be displayed.
  3. Choose the correct program.
  4. Carefully read and complete all steps of the registration process - you must end up at the checkout screen.
  5. If paying by credit card, please make sure that all of the credit card billing information is entered correctly!
  6. If you choose to pay by check please mail the check right away to WYS, PO Box 1068, Laramie WY, 82073.
  7. Agree to terms and click on “Submit” at the bottom of the checkout screen.

TO REGISTER FOR THE FIRST TIME:

  1. Click on "Register Now!" in the upper left corner of the screen;
  2. Complete all requested CONTACT/PARENT information
    1. Please make a note of your user name and password.
  3. Complete PARTICIPANT information and click "NEXT".
  4. Continue by following steps 4 - 7 ABOVE

IMPORTANT: if you do not click “Submit” or if you do not receive an order confirmation email (check your spam folder for this email) your registration is NOT COMPLETE. If you have questions about your registration please contact
