It is imperative that your soccer players stay off the goals. 

They should not be hanging from the top of the goal, try to see if they can reach it, like they do a basketball net, nor should they be playing inside the goal area.  The goals are not toys, and kids should not be using them as a fort during the soccer games and or practices either.
