Registraton Instructions - once you have logged into Blue Sombrero with your user name and password, you will see your personal information and participant (player) name. Click on the “Register Now” button on the upper left corner to register your child for their appropriate team, please choose carefully. Once you have chosen the team, proceed on, choose the deposit amount if you are not paying in full, at the payment screen choose credit card or check. Your credit card payment will be charged an additional 3.4% for processing fees. Checks need to be mailed to the address on payment screen, given to your manager, or dropped at box at CNYFSC. Payments must be made by payment due date and checks need to be received by payment due date in order to participate. Late charge of $25 will be assessed on payments made 15 days past the due date. REMINDER - YOUR ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CLICK “SUBMIT” ON PAYMENT SCREEN.
Instructions for Making Payments to your Account - once you have logged into your account, click on “Make Payment” button next to the order that you want to apply payment, proceed on through pages, enter your payment information, click “Submit”. Your order is not complete until you click SUBMIT. Email reminders with dates and payment amounts will be sent from Blue Sombrero and from your manager prior to due date of payment.
Registration Tip - if you entered your child but did not complete all the steps, in order to go back in and complete you must do one of two steps:
If you did not choose the program (Team) that your child is playing in, then you must click on the “REGISTER NOW” button on the upper left hand side of the screen after you login into your account. This will allow you to choose the program and complete the remaining steps. Your order is not complete until you click the “SUBMIT” button.
If you did choose the program (Team) that your child is playing in, then you can click on the “Go To Shopping Cart” button on the right hand side of the screen after you login into your account. This will allow you to complete the remaining steps. Your order is not complete until you click the “SUBMIT” button.
