Augusta FC has moved our backend registration to a new provider, Blue Sombrero! If you did not register for the Fall 2008 season, you will need to create a new user account by clicking the “Register“ button at the top left. Please read all of the information below before logging in!
Account Creation:
You must create an account before you can do anything in the registration software. Please be aware that creating an account does not cost anything. You will only be charged if you register a participant(s) for an available program.
If you do not have an account, but wish to be notified of upcoming registration events, please create an account so that you will receive future emails.
Also be aware that our primary method of direct communication with you will be through this software via email. Please keep your account information up to date and especially your email address.
Augusta FC Winter Indoor League Information:
Augusta FC's winter indoor league is set to begin in December and all games will be held at Westwood Hills Elementary School. The league will be open to all U9-U18 youth players. The format will be an eight game season from December through early February. There will be no coaches and no practices, only games scheduled Thrusday & Friday nights and all day Saturday. Games will be 20 minute halves, with a referee and follow the futsal format of 5v5 including the goalie. Rosters will be 6-9 players and players will be able to register as individuals or as teams. Augusta FC Rec League Registration Information:
Please be aware that our registration divisions have changed. If you have registered before, you will now notice that there is a separate age group division for each of our five locations. PLEASE make sure you select the correct location.
Registrations for all rec league programs will be taken on a first-come first-served basis so, register early! This applies to waitlist registration as well.
Registration for each season opens the last week of the previous season. So, registration for the Fall 2009 season will open the last week of May 2009.
Registration will remain open for approximately 8-12 weeks. Registrations are taken up to a limit per age group at each location. When registering, select the division that corresponds to the age group(s) of your player(s). Each of our five locations has all of the age groups. Any age group at a particular location that is full will change to waitlist. You can either choose to waitlist at that location or register at another location that is not full. DO NOT register for a younger or older age group.
There is no charge to register on our waitlist. You will not be asked to pay unless your child(ren) is accepted off of the waitlist.

Augusta FC Travel Registration Information:
Travel registration occurs twice each year. We require all players intending to tryout in May for the following Fall/Spring seasons to pre-register for tryouts. If you are accepted to a team, you will then be required to remit payment to guarantee your roster spot.
There is a second registration and payment in December for those players rostered to U11-U13 teams playing during the Spring season. These dates will be communicated in the travel team section under programs on our main website. Please be aware that, for the U11-U13 age groups, your child is committing to two travel seasons and registration and payment happens twice (May & December).
For pre-registration tryout, please create a new account, or log into your existing account and register for the appropriate travel age group. Please remember your account information as you will need to log back in if accepted to a team.
Registration Payment:
Following the registration process for any program, you will have the option to pay by credit card or by check/other. If you are paying by check, make it out to “Augusta FC” and mail to us at PO Box 714, Fishersville, VA 22939. Please help us reduce the amount of work for our volunteers and pay by credit card if possible! Thank you.
Uniforms:
Rec league uniforms are included in the cost of registration. No information is required from you during registration.
Travel team uniforms are handled differently each season depending on whether the club is replacing all travel uniforms. These details will be communicated each season along with other registration details.
Financial Aid
For those who wish to be considered for financial aid, please complete the online registration process and select the “pay in person” option when checking out.
