Forgotten Username/ Second Accounts
If you forget your password please DO NOT create a second account. Use the forgotten password feature on the login screen OR contact Brandon Nelson. Multiple accounts can cause missed discounts, so ONE account per family.  
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments show on your statement as Blue Sombrero (not New England Aztec). Please make note.  
Paying a deposit only
If you only wish to pay a deposit you MUST click "pay deposit only" on the payment page, which will be the last page of your registration process.  
Refunds
Mistaken full tuition credit card payments are refundable (less deposit amount), but the credit card fee of 3.5% will be deducted. Refund checks will be available 3 weeks after order date. Orders placed as check payment are not subject to the same circumstances. Reqests should be made directly to Brandon Nelson.
