The system will then guide you through your child's registration process. If you need help with the system, many of your questions can be answered by clicking on Parent Support on this page.


Registration for Hockessin Soccer Club's 2009 Fall Instructional Program is Now Open

Age Groups, Fees & Discounts
$10 Early Bird Discount applied through June 16
Registration closes on August 8
$25 Late registration fee will be applied to any registrations accepted after August 8. We cannot guarantee placement on one of our teams after August 8.
$20 Opt-Out Fee available for families who elect not to volunteer. To avoid duplicate charges on multi-player registrations, follow instructions on the right side of this page.

Goal Keeping Camp: Learn how to be a keeper from the best college and professional keepers around. Fee, $100

Goal Scoring Camp: Learn all the techniques to score goals - from measuring how fast you can strike the ball to taking penalty kicks. Fee, $150

High School Camp: Get ready for the season with top professional, college and high school staff. Joe Brown, Camp Director. Fee, $125

Minimites Camp, Ages: 3-6 years old. Get started on the right foot, having fun playing games and learning how to work with others in a group. Fee, $75 

Skills Challenge Camp: Ages: All ages & skill levels. Measure your skills against other players in your age group by learning and taking the skill test challenge. Fee, $150

World Cup Camp:  Learn the differences of various nations like Brazil, Greece, Dutch, England and the USA. Learn first hand from an international staff while participating in a World Cup tournament throughout the week. Fee, $150

To register for one of our Summer Camps, log in to your account and select a camp. If you don't have a Blue Sombrero account, create a new one by clicking on the First-Time Users link at the top left of this page.

Please read... Important information on 2009 Fall Instructional Registration and Volunteer Policy

To register:

1) Login to your account or create a new one if you are a new user. To create a new account click Register (First Time Users). New accounts should be created in a Parent or Guardian's name.

2) Click Register Now! from within your account and fill out the required information.

3) Programs available to your children will appear. Be sure to register for the 2009 Fall Instructional Programs. If the program you want to register your child for is not visible, please contact Amy Schantz(atschantz@comcast.net).

4) TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by HSC's youth soccer association volunteers. Only TOPSoccer participants should check this Division.

5) If your child does not appear within your account, you will need to add him/her as a New Participant. This applies to all New Accounts and to children participating in one of our programs for the first time.

6) IMPORTANT: Your registration is not complete until your Shopping Cart has been Checked Out and you have received an e-mail receipt reflecting a charge to your credit card. If paying by check, you will still need a confirmation receipt that check has been received. Your child cannot be assigned to a team unless this step is completed.

Volunteer Policy- All members are required to fulfill a Volunteer role each season. In lieu of volunteering, families can pay a $20 opt-out fee for the season.

 1) If you've already volunteered for one child and are registering an additional child, check Yes to Volunteer for the additional child during the registration dialog, then check Paid-Opt Out fee in the Volunteer Role dialog. This needs to be done for each additional child you are registering to avoid additional Opt-Out fees on those children.

2) If you have not volunteered and would like to do so, check Yes and select the Volunteer role next to the age group for the specific child you wish to volunteer for when prompted. For example, if you have two children in different age groups but want to coach only your U-8 son, check U-8 Boys> Head Coach in the checklist that appears.

3) If you do not want to volunteer and have not already paid the Opt-Out Fee for the season, check No and the $20 fee will appear in your Shopping Cart.
