Administrators are always looking for an easy, time efficient way to set-up their programs and divisions for their upcoming season.

Blue Sombrero has a great clone program tool that allows our administrators to copy a previous season’s program and division set-up. Any custom questions, special fees and the question settings (display/require) carry over to the newly cloned program.

Also, all of the divisions that were created for the program will carry over and all dates associated within the division will move up one year. We still recommend reviewing the new Division Details, however, to make sure you have everything set correctly.
