We had a great turnout for our 2nd Annual Blue Sombrero User Forum at the 2011 NSCAA Convention in Baltimore! This is definitely one of our favorite times of the year, when we get to interact face to face with our customers - something we rarely get to do - and find out their needs directly from them. It’s also an excellent opportunity for our customers to interact with one another as well and share experiences, bringing folks together from all over the country.

The real beauty of the User Forum lies within our ability to hone your concerns and needs into ideas for features that will be rolled out in the following year (depending on the request). We pride ourselves on the evolution of our features in a way that suits your needs, and we were able to do just that with the many new features released in 2010.

Here is a list of just a few of the most requested features we were able to roll out last year:

• Dividing Payments by Player
• Introduction of Payment Plans
• Checkout Page Enhancements

We also introduced some things that have been prepared for you in 2011, like the complete re-branding of our services and the launch of our Club Store and SombreroPay (coming soon).

We had tons of fantastic suggestions from those who stopped by, and we’re very excited to see what we can create in the next year. For those of you who were there, thank you for your feedback!
