With the New Year fast approaching, we are once again beginning to plan the Blue Sombrero Annual User Forum. This year’s forum will be taking place at the 2011 NSCAA Convention in Baltimore, MD.

The User Forum is an excellent opportunity for our customers to interact with one another, share their experiences with the service, provide honest feedback, and meet our customer support team in person.

We listened carefully to our customers at last year’s forum, and did our best to incorporate their ideas into the features and upgrades we released throughout 2010.

Here are just some of the ideas brought up at the User Forum that were implemented this year:

• Enhancements to the My Account Screen
• Player Evaluations
• Additional Fields available for Team Building
• Merging Duplicate Accounts

The User Forum was a real highlight of the convention for Blue Sombrero last year, and we look forward to another successful event this coming January!
